Step 2: Instant Booking

We will send you an all-in-one proposal through our secure client portal within 24 hours. Review your quote, sign the contract, and pay your deposit to lock in your date all in one place though our portal.

If you would like to chat through details, you will have the option to schedule a quick consultation call after booking. If you are ready to secure your date without a call, no problem at all! We will be in touch 4 weeks prior to finalize menu selections and go over details.

Step 3: Custom Menu & Shopping List Prep

Because California law requires event hosts to supply their own alcohol, we take all the guesswork out of purchasing. Four weeks before your event, or right away for short-notice bookings, we will reach out to finalize:

• Your signature cocktail selections

• Load in and set up logistics

• An itemized alcohol shopping list calculated specifically for your guest count so you buy the right amount without overspending

Step 4: Event Day Service

On event day, we arrive early to set up our mobile bar, prep fresh garnishes, and chill your beverages. We manage full bar service, maintain a clean area, and handle complete teardown after last call.
